Telephone Equipment Conversion Process

LC Communications makes the potentially stressful conversion of a telephone systems painless.

Here's how:

  • Implementation Meeting - Installation, training & Telco services are discussed. System capabilities and parameters are provided and switch room requirements reviewed.

  • Telco Service Changes - Orders placed for new or changes to monthly services.

  • Application Design - Design meetings are held to define special applications.

  • Hardware & Software Freeze - Data base information finalized for the installation.

  • Cable Installation - (if needed)

  • Equipment Delivery - Equipment is delivered. A secure storage area is required.

  • Telephones Labeled, Assembled & Placed.

  • New Telco Service Delivery (if applicable).

  • Training - Classes are conducted on live equipment in a room provided by the customer.

  • CUT OVER - Telco Changes (if applicable) occur. System is placed in service.

  • Initial Installation Assistance - Trainer and technician on site for assistance as needed.

  • System Administration Training
