Telephone Equipment Conversion Process
LC Communications makes the potentially stressful conversion of a telephone systems painless.
Here's how:
- Implementation Meeting - Installation, training
& Telco services are discussed. System capabilities and
parameters are provided and switch room requirements reviewed.
- Telco Service Changes - Orders placed for new or
changes to monthly services.
- Application Design - Design meetings are held to
define special applications.
- Hardware & Software Freeze - Data base information
finalized for the installation.
- Cable Installation - (if needed)
- Equipment Delivery - Equipment is delivered. A
secure storage area is required.
- Telephones Labeled, Assembled & Placed.
- New Telco Service Delivery (if applicable).
- Training - Classes are conducted on live equipment
in a room provided by the customer.
- CUT OVER - Telco Changes (if applicable) occur.
System is placed in service.
- Initial Installation Assistance - Trainer and technician
on site for assistance as needed.
- System Administration Training
